My name is Elizabeth Gray and I have a great interest in HR and employment law; hence my studies in the level 5 CIPD and a masters in Employment Law (UK and European Union) from the University of Leicester. I have just enrolled to completed my Solicitors Qualification Exams with BARBRI with my aim to complete by 2023.
I have experience in various sectors including education, local government, hospitality (Hotels and Restaurants)
I am particularly interested in advising on any case law, and disciplinary or grievance matters and aim to work with you to secure the best outcomes for both employee and the business to the extent possible.
I am a conscientious worker and apply this in my writing of policies to ensure they are explicit in their expectations for employees and and ensure that managers are able to implement and hold to account in order to drive their business forward.
